Volunteer registration

To volunteer to support Arizona FLL:

  1. After reviewing the volunteer job descriptions, complete the online registration form below.
  2. Complete the criminal background screening form on the next page, which is a quick screening of criminal records only, at no cost to you.   This step is required by Arizona FLL’s tournament venues to ensure that all participants enjoy a safe, positive experience.
  3. Print, complete and sign the FIRST volunteer consent form. Tournament volunteers will submit this consent form to the tournament volunteer check-in desk.  Team mentors can submit consent forms to Patty Smith via email or fax (480-965-2557).
